Support for Every Kind of Relationship
Couples counselling isn’t just for when things go wrong — it can also help you and your partner strengthen your connection, improve communication, and navigate life’s changes together.
We offer support to people of all ages, backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities. Whatever your relationship looks like, we're here to help you build understanding, resilience, and lasting connection.
Here When You Need to Talk About Relationships
People come to us for many different reasons.
You might be arguing often or feeling like your relationship is at breaking point. Maybe the spark has faded and you're looking to reconnect. Or perhaps things are going well, and you simply want to keep your relationship strong for the future.
If you’ve recently come out of a relationship, you may want support in processing what happened and exploring what’s next for you. And if you’ve been single for a while and are finding it hard to form new relationships, we’re here to help with that too.
Whatever your situation, your counsellor will offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to talk things through. We’re here to help you build stronger, healthier relationships — wherever you are on your journey.
We are a charity and don't make a profit from the services we provide. We currently charge £72 for online counselling sessions and £80 for face-face counselling. We know that you might have concerns about the cost of living right now, and we have a variety of options available for people on lesser incomes or who might struggle to pay.
The best way to find out if we can help is to get in touch.
