Why Employee Counselling?
“At Lawton & Dawe, we’re passionate about supporting our team’s wellbeing, so partnering with Relationships Sussex to provide counselling for our employees was an easy decision. From the very beginning, the team at Relationships Sussex made the set-up process smooth and straightforward, taking the time to understand our business and the kind of support our staff might need.
The quality of the sessions has been outstanding — professional, confidential, and genuinely impactful. Our team members have fed back how much they’ve benefited, both personally and professionally. It’s reassuring to know we’re working with an organisation that truly cares about people and delivers such a high standard of care.
We would highly recommend Relationships Sussex to any business looking to invest in their team’s mental health and create a more supportive, resilient workplace.” — Lawton & Dawe Properties
