Relationships Sussex is a registered charity providing affordable relationship therapy and counselling across Sussex. 

In April 2025 Relate West Sussex re-branded as Relationships Sussex. We may have a fresh new look but our mission remains the same; helping individuals, couples and families build stronger, healthier relationships.

Starting counselling can feel like a big step, especially if you've never had counselling before. It's completely normal to have questions about what happens next.
