Family Counselling – Relationships Sussex

Families can face many challenges, from changes in living arrangements, blended families, and generational differences, to communication breakdowns and ongoing conflict.

At Relationships Sussex, our family counselling sessions bring family members together in a safe, neutral space to talk openly, listen to each other, and work towards solutions.

We support clients across Horsham, Chichester, Worthing and West Malling and the wider West Sussex area, with face-to-face and online appointments available.

Relationships Sussex (formerly Relate West Sussex) is a charity and we don't make a profit from the services we provide. We currently charge £72 for online family counselling and £80 for face-face counselling. We know that you might have concerns about the cost of living right now, and we have a variety of options available for people on lesser incomes or who might struggle to pay.
