Telephone Counselling- Counselling for Individuals

If you prefer talking to someone without the need for video, or if internet access is difficult, Relationships Sussex offers telephone counselling for adults aged 18+.

It’s a flexible and private way to access professional support — whether you’re at home, in the office, or somewhere you feel safe.

Our telephone counselling helps you to:

• Talk through feelings of stress, anxiety, or low mood
• Gain perspective on difficult life events
• Explore personal challenges in a safe, non-judgemental space
• Develop coping strategies for everyday life

• Counselling for Individuals aged 18+ anywhere in England
• People who prefer not to use video or can’t attend in person
• Those who feel more comfortable speaking without visual interaction
• Those with limited time

• Flexible appointment times, including evenings

We are a charity and don't make a profit from the service we provide. We currently charge £44 for each telephone counselling session.

We know that you might have concerns about the cost of living right now, and that's why telephone counselling is almost 40% off the usual face to face counselling fee.
