Our qualified counsellors will help you through the difficulties you are facing. As a charity, we offer affordable couples counselling and may be able to offer further subsidies. Our mission is to help in as many Sussex towns and cities as possible!

Relationships Sussex is a registered charity providing affordable relationship therapy and counselling across Sussex. We support couples, individuals, young people (11+), and families to build healthier relationships, improve communication, and enhance wellbeing. Our qualified counsellors offer face-to-face sessions in Crawley, Horsham, Worthing, and Chichester, as well as online and telephone counselling UK-wide for adults.

We offer face-to-face counselling in Sussex at our centres in:
- Crawley Counselling Centre
- Horsham Counselling Centre
- Worthing Counselling Centre
- Chichester Counselling Centre
We also provide online counselling and telephone counselling for adults 18+ across the UK.

Although we are most famous for couples counselling (also known as marriage guidance), we offer a wide range of support. We can see children and young people from age 5-19 years, individual adults, couples, families and also offer psycho-sexual therapy.
